How to make bubble gum ice cream:
Before you get started, be sure to gather up all the ingredients for this homemade ice cream recipe! Thankfully this one is quite easy so there isn’t too many things to set out.
To get started, add the heavy whipping cream and 3-4 drops of food coloring to a medium sized mixing bowl. Beat on high until stiff peaks form.
Next, add the sweetened condensed milk and beat for another 1-2 minutes until well incorporated.
One you’ve done that, layer half of the homemade ice cream mixture into a 7 x 11 dish. Add half of the gumballs, making sure they are evenly distributed. Then add the other half of the ice cream mixture and finish off with the remaining gumballs on top!
Place your no-churn ice cream into the freezer for at least 4-5 hours, up to overnight. Remove your bubble gum ice cream from the freezer and enjoy!!
