- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- ½ cup milk of your choice
- ½ cup unsweetened greek yogurt
- 1 heaping tablespoon peanut butter (sub with your favorite nut butter)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Optional: maple syrup or honey to taste
