Ingredients for homemade fruit roll-ups
- 2 cups strawberries
- 2 cups mangos
- 1 lemon juiced
- 4 teaspoons honey
Directions to make homemade fruit roll-ups
Gather up all the ingredients to make cooking in the kitchen soooo much easier!
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and then puree mango in a food processor, and then repeat with strawberries.
In a saucepan, add the mango puree, 1/2 juiced lemon, and 2 teaspoons of honey. Repeat in another saucepan with strawberry puree and then bring both mixtures to a bowl and reduce to medium low heat.
Spread one fruit mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a random paper and then add the other fruit onto the baking sheet to fill the empty spaces. Spread out evenly with a spatula.
Bake in the oven for 4-6 hours, until the fruit roll-ups have completely dried out. Roll up parchment paper and cut into 1-inch strips and enjoy.
