INGREDIENTS NEEDED TO MAKE ROOT BEER FLOAT POPSICLES
- 2 1/2 cups of vanilla ice cream
- 4 cups of root beer
Silicone Popsicle MoldPopsicle SticksIBC Root Beer
HOW TO MAKE ROOT BEER POPSICLE FLOATS
Place ice cream in the microwave for one minute to just melt the ice cream. Stir and make sure ice cream is melted. It should still be cold.
Add 20 to 25 grams of melted ice cream to your popsicle mold. Place in the freezer for 2 hours until frozen.
Pouring slowing, add root beer into popsicle molds. The soda will fizz. Take your time and remove fizz with a spoon as needed. Repeat until molds are filled.
Place a popsicle stick in the molds and freeze for 4-6 hours.

These root beer popsicles are fast and easy to make!
