These are some of my favorite candies to make during the holidays… I mean – who doesn’t LOVE truffles?! It’s so delicious! When I take these to parties, our friends and family are racing to get some before they’re all gone! They are the BEST fudge truffles.

Ingredients for fudge truffles
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions to make fudge truffles
Gather your ingredients to make it easier in the kitchen while you make your truffles.
Microwave chocolate chips for 1 minute and stir. Continue microwaving in 15 second intervals until fully melted. Stir in almond butter until well combined and then add greek yogurt and stir.
Cover and chill in refrigerator for 2 hours. Use a tablespoon to scoop out the chocolate mixture and roll into balls. Roll in unsweetened cocoa powder to complete truffles. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve and enjoy!
