These Weight Watcher Deviled Eggs make the perfect side dish or snack. They are loaded with flavor, but very low on WW points!
Summertime lends itself to lots of family barbecues and outdoor dinners. We are always in need of tasty sides to pair with our BBQ chicken, steaks, and other meats.
Deviled eggs are a family favorite around here, so I recently decided to see if I could make them a little healthier without sacrificing their taste.
These Weight Watcher Deviled Eggs turned out great! Everyone dug in and enjoyed them, without realizing how healthy they were. Just 1 deviled egg (which is half of a full egg) is 1 point on the WW Green plan and zero points on the WW Blue or Purple plans!
Plus, they are great source of protein so they keep you full.

Weight Watchers Deviled Eggs
Recipe serves 12.
1 deviled egg = 1 point on WW Green Plan / 0 points on WW Blue or Purple Plan
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 3 tbsp. light mayonnaise
- 1tsp. yellow mustard
- 3 tsp. sweet relish
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Paprika (enough to sprinkle on top)
Directions
In a large pot, cover 6 eggs with water. Bring water to a boil. Once the water is boiling, cover with a lid, reduce heat to low/simmer and allow to cook for 7 minutes. You could make air fryer boiled eggs as an alternative to boiling them on the stove.
In a medium sized bowl, add light mayo, mustard, relish and salt together. Set aside.
When eggs are ready remove from heat and allow to sit for another 2 minutes in the covered pot.
While you’re waiting for the extra 2 minutes, put ice and water in a large bowl. When the eggs are ready, place them in the ice water bath.
Once your eggs are cool enough to handle (just a minute or two), gently peel the eggs and slice lengthwise down the center of the egg.
Remove yokes and place them into the bowl with mayo, mustard, relish, and salt.
Using a mixer, mix the ingredients until well combined and smooth in texture.
You can now spoon the mixture into the egg whites or place the mixture into a piping bag with a decorative icing tip.
Sprinkle with paprika and place in fridge until ready to serve.
