Today I am officially “full-term.” This baby is now welcome to come at any time! As I await the arrival of our newest family member, I thought I would share what I have done to get ready for the baby’s birth. With this being baby #7, this is almost like a routine that happens every two years around here.
So, tomorrow I will start a short series on Preparing for Baby. In the series, I will share things such as my labor playlist, prayers for labor, scriptures for labor, freezer meal ideas, and homeschooling during the postpartum period. The series will run all this week (Dec. 3 – Dec. 7), skip a week, and then continue the following week (Dec. 17 – Dec. 21).
I hope you will join me, and encourage me, as I wait out these next few weeks!!

What an exciting time! So happy for you.
I’m off that bandwagon. Waiting for graduations, weddings, grandchildren. 😉

This is an exciting time but definitely comes with its challenges. I know you are ready for the baby to come! 🙂 I am impressed that you have the presence of mind to write on these things! I look forward to reading it and know that I can learn lots from you 🙂
