INGREDIENTS NEEDED TO MAKE PEPPERMINT MARSHMALLOWS
- ¼ cup of crushed candy canes (about 4-5 candy canes)
- 6 cups of mini marshmallows
- 8×8 non stick pan
- Icing sugar for dusting (about ¼ cup)
- Parchment paper
HOW TO MAKE PEPPERMINT MARSHMALLOWS
Line the pan with parchment paper and dust with icing sugar
In a glass bowl microwave the mini marshmallows until they are melted
Quickly stir in crushed candy canes
Using a spatula pour the mixture into the pan and level
Let set overnight
When you are ready to cut run a pair of scissors under hot water and cut. You’ll have to wet your scissors a couple of times.
