This is a quick and easy recipe that the kids will like making and eating.
This is a “before” picture (we were so hungry that I forgot to take an “after” shot)!

2 eggs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2/3 cup breadcrumbs

2. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
3. Press the meat mixture into the muffin cups.
4. Top with a little extra ketchup if you’d like.
5. Cook for 30-35 minutes.
6. EnJOY!

We love meatloaf this way. It’s a really neat and different way to eat it, and the kids are always excited to eat it this way.
Wow I love this idea! Especially with the turkey. Yummy…I’ll be making this soon 🙂
