I know I’m a little late in posting this; their first birthday was actually March 5th, one month ago exactly. I finally got around to uploading a ton of pictures from my camera which included their birthday celebration. And besides, I didn’t have this blog a month ago so I really couldn’t post about it then!! But, I thought it would be fun to go back and do a little photo timeline of their first year. And they are just so stinkin’ cute; who doesn’t like looking at pictures of cute babies?!
We made it!! We survived our first year with twins!! And it’s only by God’s grace that we were able to do so. I don’t see how else I could possibly care for 6 children, homeschool, and keep house, with out the Lord by my side! I can’t believe it’s already been one whole year! Some days I still can’t believe that we have TWO babies (or rather toddlers now, sniff, sniff). I’m so thankful to God for all the blessings He has given us; I’m amazed everyday by His love!
The boys were born at 39 weeks 6 days, on March 5, 2011 at 1:40a.m. and 1:50a.m., weighing a healthy 7lbs. 4oz., and 6lbs. 7oz. I am very thankful to have had an uneventful (although long) pregnancy and a fairly easy labor and delivery.
