Hands-down, strawberries are my favorite fruit; one of my kids’ favorites too. It used to be an annual tradition for our family to go and pick strawberries at a local farm. Oh how I miss doing that. We moved a couple of years ago to Texas from New York and have yet to find a local u-pick strawberry farm. So in the meantime I just have to get my strawberries from the grocery store.
