Even before my husband and I had any children, it was important to me for us to have dinner as a family, just the two of us, as often as possible. Growing up, my family didn’t have dinner together often. Due to work schedules, sports schedules, and extra-curricular activities, eating dinner as a family became a rare event. When it did happen though, it was wonderful, and I loved it. I wanted that for my own family, but not as an occasional family dinner here and there, I wanted eating dinner together as a family to be the ‘norm’ for us. So I made it a priority.
Planning family mealtimes can be challenging. Between conflicting schedules to conflicting food preferences it may often seem so much easier to order food on the go or to order take-out and ignore the price we ultimately pay in our wallets and in our families.
Well, today I’d like to help you turn those mealtimes into lasting memories by making them more fun and enjoyable with the Table Talk Family Dinner Conversation Starters cards.
This set of downloadable, printable cards contains 96 cards – 64 conversation starters cards & 34 blank cards so you can make up your own questions that are unique to your own family.
The set includes 8 different retro, kitchen-inspired designs, with 12 cards for each design.
You can choose to print your cards with the design on the back or just print out the front of the cards.

These are lovely. The color scheme is so soothing. I’m downloading them to tuck away just in a case there is ever a quiet moment at my table. I pray we never get there.

What a good idea, The whole “what did you do today?” question doesn’t always get a great response! I’ve even tried “What was the best thing about today? What was the worse?” just to mix it up a bit. These are sooo much better!
