- 1 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
How to make snow cone syrup:
Before you begin, grab all your ingredients to make the process of making your snow cone syrup easier. Thankfully there isn’t much to these snow cones so there isn’t much prep to get it ready!
If you have little ones helping, this is a great time to get them involved by letting them pick out their favorite kool-aid flavor. You can even pick out multiple flavors if you’d like to make several to choose from! You’ll also want some squeeze bottles to make dispensing easier.
Start by pouring the water in a saucepan and then add your sugar. Bring it to a boil and stir as needed.
Remove it from the heat and then pour in a pack of kool-aid and stir it together. Repeat this process for each flavor.
Once it has cooled, pour each flavor into a squeeze bottle.
Make your shaved ice and then pour on your syrup and enjoy! Store in the refrigerator when not in use.
