This year we are using Saxon Math K for our math Kindergarten curriculum. This is our first experience using any Saxon products. With my two older boys, we used Horizons Math until grade 2, which was a very workbook based approach.
I decided I wanted to get away from the workbooks for math in the early years and make it more hands-on and fun. So far, Saxon math is doing just that for us.

Looks like an awesome/fun way to learn!! Although I’d add…I like counting something that’s edible. But that’d make for expensive home-schooling. 🙂
Pattern Blocks and counting bears were my favorite growing up!
Where am I able to get these? Thank you. Tara.
You are SOOOO creative!
