These fudge truffles are SOOOOOO good and perfect for the holiday season! So chocolatey, so sweet, so delicious - but yet still healthy!
Microwave chocolate chips for 1 minute and stir. Continue microwaving in 15 second intervals until fully melted. Stir in almond butter until well combined and then add greek yogurt and stir.
Cover and chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Use a tablespoon to scoop out the chocolate mixture and roll into balls. Roll in unsweetened cocoa powder to complete truffles.
Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve and enjoy!
