Candy Corn Peanut Bars

You'll be amazed by the combo of flavors in these Candy Corn Peanut Bars! While these are super fun for a harvest party, they're also perfect for any fall occasion, tailgating and even a quick and simple after-school snack.

  • 2 cups dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 bag peanut butter chips
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1.5 cups candy corn
  • 10 oz mini marshmallow


  1. In a 9x13 pan, sprinkle 1 ½ cups of peanuts and ½ cup of candy corn.

  2. In a small saucepan melt the peanut butter chips and butter, and remove from heat.

  3. Stir in sweetened condensed milk until combined.

  4. Pour the marshmallows in a large bowl and mix in the melted peanut butter mixture.

  5. Spread this over the top of the nuts and candy corn in the pan.

  6. Sprinkle the rest of the peanuts and candy corn on top and press into the bars.

  7. Refrigerate for about an hour.

  8. Enjoy!
