Art seems to be one of the subjects that often gets pushed to the back burner in our homeschool. Our family isn’t an artistic family, but I still want to incorporate art into my kids’ studies. So, when I find an art curriculum that doesn’t require me to do the teaching, I’m thrilled! That’s why I’m excited about the Home Art Studio DVDs that are for the elementary grades.
This program is designed to increase students’ love and appreciation of visual arts. It is so important to include visual arts in a well-rounded education. The goal of this program is to teach every child how to express themselves creatively while also learning about art concepts and principles.
The Home Art Studio Program consists of one DVD for each grade level (K-5). Each grade is packed with lessons, art history, field trips and more! You can browse through each grade level, watch the FREE lessons, and choose what’s right for your child. DVDs are available to purchase separately for $29.99 each.
Throughout the school year, the student will gain greater understanding and hands-on skills. The lessons include a variety of media. Students are introduced to drawing, painting, sculpture, and more! Students will also listen to professional artists, take a trip to an art museum, and learn about how art is everywhere in the world around them. Parents don’t need to be intimidated by their own lack of knowledge or skill as an artist. The projects are easy to follow, and a lot of fun for students!
Home Art Studio has graciously offered to give away an ENTIRE SET of their elementary art DVD curriculum to one of my readers! How awesome is that?! That’s a $180 value!
Enter to win the entire DVD set by filling out the Rafflecopter form below. The giveaway ends 6/26/16 at 11:59pm ET.
