Easy Crockpot Lemon Chicken

I love the convenience of the crockpot and my husband loooooves anything lemon.  So I often use the crockpot to make this quick and simple lemon chicken that requires only 4 ingredients.

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 c. lemon juice
  • 1 packet of Italian dressing seasoning

1.  Put chicken in the crockpot and top with pats of butter.

2.  Add the lemon juice and sprinkle with seasoning mix.

3.  Cook on low for 6 hours.

Serve over rice or throw in some potatoes for the last hour or two of cook time.

Sorry, I forgot to take the all-important after picture of the finished product because we were in a rush to eat and get the boys out the door for hockey practice!

ENJOY!
